You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and for how you use the files and comment data you export. We do not review submitted links and are not responsible for the content you access through the tool.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Platform changes can cause downloads or comment extraction to fail at any time, and we don't guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness of any result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipComments is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Fair use and rate limits

To keep the service available for everyone, requests are rate-limited. Automated bulk abuse of the endpoints is not permitted.
